قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی در اطلاعیه‌ای اعلام کرد اموال افرادی که از آن‌ها با عنوان «آشوبگران خیابانی» یاد شده و در «طرح آشوب دشمن» مشارکت داشته باشند، مصادره خواهد شد.

بر اساس این اطلاعیه، این اقدام شامل همه افرادی خواهد شد که در جریان ناآرامی‌ها بازداشت می‌شوند و به گفته قوه قضاییه «هیچ استثنایی» در اجرای این مجازات وجود نخواهد داشت.

در ادامه این بیانیه آمده است که اموال مصادره‌شده برای جبران بخشی از خسارت‌های ناشی از جنگ استفاده خواهد شد. به گفته قوه قضاییه، این منابع قرار است در اختیار آسیب‌دیدگان جنگ قرار گیرد و بخشی از هزینه‌های بازسازی منازل مسکونی و درمان مجروحان جنگی از محل آن تامین شود.
