روزنامه فایننشال تایمز گزارش داده برخی تصاویر ماهواره‌ای که در روزهای اخیر در شبکه‌های اجتماعی درباره حملات جمهوری اسلامی منتشر شده‌، با هوش مصنوعی دستکاری شده‌اند.

بر اساس این گزارش، یکی از این تصاویر که در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس، از جمله توسط حساب روزنامه «تهران تایمز»، منتشر شده بود ادعا می‌کرد سامانه راداری آمریکا در قطر پس از حمله پهپادی ایران آسیب دیده است. اما بررسی فایننشال تایمز نشان می‌دهد این تصویر در واقع نسخه‌ای دستکاری‌شده از تصویری مربوط به منطقه‌ای در بحرین بوده است.

به گفته کارشناسان، نشانه‌هایی مانند ثابت ماندن موقعیت خودروها و زاویه یکسان سایه‌ها در تصاویر قدیمی و جدید نشان می‌دهد تصویر با هوش مصنوعی تغییر داده شده است.

تحلیلگران هشدار می‌دهند با گسترش ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی، ساخت تصاویر ظاهراً واقعی بسیار آسان‌تر شده و این موضوع می‌تواند جنگ اطلاعاتی و انتشار اخبار و تصاویر جعلی در زمان درگیری‌ها را افزایش دهد و تشخیص واقعیت از اطلاعات نادرست را برای مخاطبان دشوارتر کند.
