Kremlin propagandists claim that their command and control operations have been disrupted due to the Starlink shutdown and assault operations have been halted in many areas.

Russian propagandists have launched insults and threats against Elon Musk.

One of the largest Kremlin military Telegram channels, “Two Majors,” published a post showing that its illegal Starlink terminal had been disconnected and accompanied it with insults toward Musk.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Minister of Defense, Mykhailo Fedorov, stated that Ukrainian Starlink terminals that have been verified and added to the so-called “white list” continue to operate.

Civilian terminals are registered through an internal state system, while military Starlink terminals are connected via a separate secure channel.
