نسرین شاکرمی، مادر دادخواه نیکا شاکرمی، در تجمع بزرگ ایرانیان در دوسلدورف آلمان گفت در گذشته «با دروغ و نیرنگ» خاندان پهلوی را در چشم مردم «دیو» جلوه دادند و «اهریمن را فرشته کردند». او تاکید کرد از ناآگاهی مردم سوءاستفاده شد، اما اکنون جامعه ایران آگاه شده و این آگاهی را نمی‌توان از او گرفت.

در ادامه افزایش تنش‌ها میان آمریکا و جمهوری اسلامی، شماری از شرکت‌های هواپیمایی پروازهای خود به برخی هاب‌های مهم خاورمیانه را به‌طور موقت تعلیق کرده‌اند و از عبور از بخشی از حریم هوایی منطقه که ممکن است به «منطقه درگیری» تبدیل شود، اجتناب می‌کنند.به گزارش رسانه‌های بین‌المللی، شرکت‌های «ایرفرانس» و «کی‌ال‌ام» به جمع ایرلاین‌هایی پیوسته‌اند که پروازها به امارات، عربستان سعودی، قطر و اسرائیل را به دلایل امنیتی متوقف کرده‌اند. کی‌ال‌ام اعلام کرده پروازهایش برای روزهای شنبه و یکشنبه لغو شده و این وضعیت «تا اطلاع ثانوی» ادامه دارد.
ایرفرانس نیز با اشاره به «رصد مداوم وضعیت ژئوپلیتیک»، اعلام کرده پس از لغو پروازهای روز جمعه، پرواز به دبی را از سر گرفته است.
هم‌زمان بریتیش ایرویز، ایرکانادا و یونایتد هم پروازهای خود به تل‌آویو را تا روز شنبه لغو کرده‌اند، اما گفته شده پروازها به دبی طبق برنامه ادامه دارد.
پیش‌تر «لوفت‌هانزا» اعلام کرده بود پروازهایش به تهران را تا ۲۹ مارس متوقف می‌کند و شرکت «اتریشیَن ایرلاینز» نیز لغو پروازها را تا ۱۶ فوریه تمدید کرده است.

هیلل نویر، مدیر اجرایی سازمان غیردولتی «دیده‌بان سازمان ملل»، در نشست ویژه شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد درباره ایران، سرکوب اعتراضات را «جنایت علیه بشریت» خواند. او سکوت چند هفته‌ای این شورا و جامعه جهانی را مورد انتقاد قرار داد و پرسید چرا واکنش جدی و فوری نسبت به کشتن معترضان صورت نگرفت.

آقای نویر همچنین رسانه‌ها و چهره‌های فرهنگی را به دلیل آنچه «سکوت در برابر کشتار مردم ایران» توصیف کرد، مورد پرسش قرار داد و گفت تاریخ درباره این عملکرد قضاوت خواهد کرد.
